About this Service

We can build specific adaptations of existing products (either Excel Specialist products or 3rd party products) These can be developed for customers who have quite individual needs.

 

We address the challenges of building a good adaptation service for our existing products but also for any 3rd party products. Using our experience and expertise we will help you derive an optimally adapted product version for your purposes.

 

We will seek to increase the flexibility of your spreadsheets, functions, add-ins or macros, both before, but even after they have been built.

 



About the Process
We will provide you with an initial quote within 24 to 48 business hours. We request that you provide a detailed description of your spreadsheet requirements. A clear description of your project avoids multiple revisions, and saves you time and money.

 

If you are happy with the initial quote for your spreadsheet or add-in, we will create and send you a draft plan. At this point you can make suggestions for the final draft. If you already have an idea of what you would like (i.e. rough draft in excel, a scanned sketch of your concept, etc) you can send that to us in a follow-up email.

 

Please note that if there are major changes requested after the initial quote, we will discuss and agree to a final amount for the project berofe the work starts.

 


About the Payment
We usually require 50% of the quoted estimate to be paid prior the work commencing and 50% will be due upon completion of the project.

 

Payment can be made via PayPal, money order or business/personal check. Please note that PayPal is our preferred payment method (secure and convenient) and you can make payment via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.
