About this Service

This is a complete service where we will map and prioritise your processes in order to improve them. This is done by implementing excel tools and techniques.

 

We use excel spreadsheet software tool to evaluate and improve business productivity and performance.

 

We can produce a full package of forms for data entry and tracking, and reports that calculate and monetize practical business value outcome indicators such as retention, turnover cost-benefit analysis, productivity and efficiency outcomes, and other customizable workforce quality indicators in order to help you assess quality and efficiency.

 

About the Process
We will provide you with an initial quote within 24 to 48 business hours. We request that you provide a detailed description of your spreadsheet requirements. A clear description of your project avoids multiple revisions, and saves you time and money.

 

If you are happy with the initial quote for your spreadsheet or add-in, we will create and send you a draft plan. At this point you can make suggestions for the final draft. If you already have an idea of what you would like (i.e. rough draft in excel, a scanned sketch of your concept, etc) you can send that to us in a follow-up email.

 

Please note that if there are major changes requested after the initial quote, we will discuss and agree to a final amount for the project berofe the work starts.

 

About the Payment
We usually require 50% of the quoted estimate to be paid prior the work commencing and 50% will be due upon completion of the project.

 

Payment can be made via PayPal, money order or business/personal check. Please note that PayPal is our preferred payment method (secure and convenient) and you can make payment via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.
